Seegreen is the preferred base for trekkers who make a pit stop here before or after Himalayan treks. Our owners hold a special place in their hearts for trekkers. They create packages that make it the cheapest lodge in Mussoorie for trekkers, and provide well-deserved pampering after challenging adventures.

We've listed some of the notable treks here. If you'd like us to arrange your treks, please inform us in advance. We will take care of putting together all your trekking needs from trekking gear and guides, to porters and snacks. We'd be delighted to coordinate your adventure.

Nag Tibba

Beginner level: 4 to 5 days

This is a spirited yet enjoyable trek that has an elevation of 3048 meters and winds through deodar and rhododendron forests. Located 57 kilometres from Mussoorie, it is the highest peak among the three prominent peaks in the lesser Himalayan region of Uttarakhand.
The trek offers two routes. The Pantwari path covers a shorter 8 kilometres, while the Devalsari route spans 13 kilometres. In our experience, the longer route which takes 8 to 9 hours is preferable as it is picturesque with views of lush green valleys, serene hamlets, and dense conifer and oak forests.

DayaraBhugyal

Beginner level: 4 days

The DayaraBhugyal trek is an excellent choice for beginners. It features a straightforward trail with open landscapes, dense forests, and culminates in beautiful meadows. The treks' base camp is at Basru village which is about a 6 hour drive from Seegreen. During winter, this bhugyal gets substantial snowfall and therefore has established campsites at each base. In summer, trekkers can set up their own camps near water sources.
